Clinical Interpretation

Low / Decreased
Negative ANA makes SLE unlikely.
High / Increased
Positive — SLE, Sjögren's, scleroderma, MCTD, drug-induced lupus, autoimmune hepatitis. Up to 15% of healthy individuals have low-titre positivity.
