Clinical Interpretation

Low / Decreased
Negative — vasculitis less likely (but clinical context paramount).
High / Increased
Anti-MPO positive — microscopic polyangiitis, eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA), drug-induced vasculitis.
