Clinical Interpretation

Low / Decreased
Hypogammaglobulinaemia — CVID, CLL, immunosuppressive therapy, nephrotic syndrome.
High / Increased
Hyperimmunoglobulinaemia — chronic infection, autoimmune hepatitis, IgG myeloma, HIV.
